Hi, as we all know financially times are difficult, my company has just called for voluntary redundancy. The package is not great but the money should last for about 6 months. Prospects at the company look bleak, we are quite specialised and our order books are practically blank for the next few months.
My question is, do I take the redundancy offer and hope to get a job or stick with with company and again hope that things will turn out OK?

I have done 2 separate readings: one for the future if you accept the redundancy and another one for the future if you stay. The first one is fairly ok, about averagely lucky. The second one is better than the first one - it symbolises much more luck. So, it seems from this that I Ching advises you to stay. However, remember that this is just a fortune telling and you should consider other factors and your own feelings as well when making important decision like this.
