It is a sort of a workbook. It gives the practical exercises for one of the well known energy therapies – EFT. This book particularly targets financial success. Carol goes through many types of mental blocks, which can hinder one’s success. The reader is expected to ask herself few questions to determine whether a certain type of mental block is the obstacle. Then, as you guessed, one use EFT to release this block. The reader is advised to do exercises regularly for some time, like a month or so, in order to achieve a result. I chose few exercises from the book. I’ll try to do them regularly, if I don’t forget, as an experiment. We’ll see if it will make me ostentatiously reach :)
