White shelves.

While I was feeling crafty this week, I went ahead and also painted the shelves in my office/craft room.

Candles.

In the past I made gel candles, this time I had a go at making paraffin candles with rose fragrance. And they do smell of rose, when they burn.

I used the same moulds as for soap:

Homemade soap.

I had a go at making soap and it turned out really good – very soapy and smells nice.

Turquoise with glitter and passionfruit fragrance:

Politics and shopping.

Putin is working on drumming up his popularity before the election. This time he chose USA for the public enemy role. He is promising to unload dollar reserves and buy yuan instead. I am wondering how soon he will do it. Cause I have holiday planed in Las Vegas this year. I know UK pound is strong now, but there is never too much value for money. On other hand, I do shop online in China a lot, I wouldn’t want their prices to go up.
